Not really. What I see is:
CAN AP $3500
APMD-AP $4500
CAN AP to AP full unlock is $1680
So, $680 higher to buy the Full AP-APMD unlock later. If you need the APMD and think you might go CAN later, pay up front for all of it so you can do it all for $4500
The CAN unlock is basically just for a CAN steering situation on Steer ready equipment that will never need anything different
