I have stayed away from 6807 genetics, because I was having too many swollen hocks on bulls out animals that went back to him. I think the correlation Tim is seeing is almost all founder effect. I could give the opposite correlation in my herd. My herd is not similar to anyone else’s purebred angus herd. Except for some of the people who are using our genetics.
