Rheem,here 3 years.The walk out basement is super cool in the summer from the exchanger.I have a heat pump in the basement for heat .Im sure I am at times wasting energy by one end taking heat out of the air to make warm water and one on the other side taking heat from outside temps to make warmth in the house.In this state they have an instant rebate so a 1400$$ unit costs about 400$.
