NW Indiana | I would eliminate arc/plc and do everything through crop insurance. Enterprise units only regardless how many states you farm. A reference price could be established that along with actual production would determine assistance. Higher coverage limits available. This handing out money blindly to everyone even with good crops is not fair, county based is not a strong safety net. Crop insurance is already in place and could easily handle it. | |
