I like a blend of clovers, usually crimson/viper balansa and dwarf rapeseed. Maybe small amount of radishes if it early September when beans come out. If you can resist killing the clover early in spring. That’s been some of the best corn a lot of my farms have ever raised. All about soil biology and clover has a way of kickstarting those microbes
