| The Gleaner K2 in the pic is the "active" plot combine used to harvest soybean plots at the WIU main farm.
After all the bean plots were harvested at the main farm, we used the K2 to harvest the centers of some of our bean plots and also tried to harvest a few other things.
The K2 did a decent job harvesting cowpeas and but did not work at all for harvesting sorghum. The sorghum did not feed well into the machine and the stems were still too green.
There was shattering of cowpeas but it wasn't as bad as I expected.
