I’d rather pay property taxes than taxes to Washington DC.
Local accessor. Local school board officials. Everyone is WAY more accountable on the local level. I’ll bet there’s only one or two degrees of separation from NAT members to their local elected representatives, and I’m betting some of us are serving in those positions locally.
