| I was sad to learn that Bill Richard (pioneering no-till and controlled traffic farmer in central OH, and NRCS chief 90-93) passed away this past Tuesday.
I never met Bill but enjoyed reading the comments that he shared when interviewed by one of my students.
Do you have any interesting stories to tell about Bill Richards?
