Matt, why do you think it's hydraulic and not the steering sensor?
Eons ago our 215 had similar symptoms and it was a bad sensor on the kingpin.
Our tech at the time wanted to swap the sensor with another but the higher up at Hatzler & Nordstrom made him spin his wheels for months trying to fix it for us.
Any steering valve experts? Trimble or otherwise
