It’s called maintenance and usually requires a dozer or a trackhoe initially. My hate for trees is continually growing after starting to replace 50+ year old fence lines. Hi tensile is still the way to go.
Neighbor actually put the new fence in a few years ago. Then let it grow. Rented pasture on the clean side. Kind of hard to maintain across the line.
I can’t imagine somebody turning down fence line cleanup. Conversation goes a long ways.
