Good freinds of our just bought a ranch down there in Seligman, and some in Congress, big place. Sold a place here on border next us. We purchased some of their place here in Idaho and permits. I went down there this spring, big country gamma grass, cedar trees lots of cowboying. Elevation is about same as our home place here. Those places need lots of improvements. They have already done over 60 miles of pipelines, don't know how many solar pumps this summer. Lots of it is state lease ground like Lacockcattle said, however they told me state as been fairly easy to work with.

I'm thinking I need the job riding water lines, salting cattle. However I've got two people in front of me for position. I really tried to talk my wife to moving down there in Prescott for winter home. She's said nope, we've got cedar trees at home, and cattle at home. I told her I could take up golfing, she replied yeah right!

Here's place next to their lands for sale https://www.ranchworldads.com/classified.php?listing=189487
