A few years ago we ate at a BWW and had a good meal and good service. Paid the <$30 bill with a $50. Waited. Waited. Waited. No change coming back. About that time, the manager happened to stop by our table and asked if we'd had a good experience. We said, yes, we had, but didn't seem to be getting any change back on our bill. Our waitress was snippy instead of apologetic when she finally did bring our change. She'd have gotten a better tip if she'd conducted herself differently.
