Find how far off by percentage the two sections are. Or the passes nearest each other since that's the best comparison. 

Go to the first part that needs changed, right click and Add Simple Analysis. Scale Data and choose Yield dry and put 1.2 in the box if it needs to go up 20%. Put 0.75 if it needs to go down 25% to match the good stuff.
