Idk if tip should be based on the check as some serving a $10 breakfast will work harded than one serving a $50 meal .

Tim Hortons debit machine doesn't ask about tip, Starbucks wants you to push tip % or decline...I try to carrt cash and even going out to eat a nice meal I get a mix of bills so I can tip what I think is appropriate
Intimidating using debit machine at table as your server is standing bthere while you use it
Maybe good parts or service man deserves tip more than servers | |
