| Flagstaff, Az has the honor this year for the lower 48. We have a cabin about 90 miles SE of Flagstaff and have had a bunch of snow. I was up there for a couple days the first of the week and it snowed most of the time I was there. A neighbor said 30 inches fell during one storm.
