One of the nurses here at the nursing home told me how she just recieved her U.S. citizenship about 8 months ago. She was born in the Philippines. Sounds like quite the process. She one of the better nurses. I congratulated her and told her I am proud of her. She said a church helped them get here.

Nurses here in the Philippines make $14 usd a day.

The times we have been to the hospital or ER, I usually leave them a $20 tip.

Cost $4.00 to go to ER here, so we are frequent flyers there.
