Better educate yourself on the subject before speaking. He’s likely dead on, no need to apologize.
So how exactly do they get all the land they have to rent.
We have had more than one land owner come to us that was never able to get any rent money out of them. It’s hard to feel real sorry for the landowner in that situation though.
