I believe you're saying a BTO (how many of them) gets govt disaster money 3 years in a row and not one other single farmer in the county gets 1 Penney.
Last I knew small farmers could buy crop insurance too.
I dont hate BTOS like you do but not a fan of insurance fraud either.
But if you're going to tell the story you really should get the facts correct.
