I have the same feeling about lamb. I will never order it on purpose at a resturant. That said our good friends have served it to us a few times and it was delicious. But I have had it enough times it was bad tasting I don't even usually try it.

We had a lamb butchered once back when my wife was into spinning wool and we had a few black sheep on the farm (maybe a half dozen max). I vowed to never do that again.
