Gotta admit......every time the lamb producers put on a feed, I think I'm gonna try it. Lamb burgers, chops, whatever. Ends up that I can't do it.........by the time I choose my serving, it ends up tasting like wet wool smells.  So this last week, there were lamb chops and roast lamb on a buffet, and it was wonderful. Always really thought it would be if I could get past the smell, but was so tickled to find that it was. I still won't be buying it to cook at home, I don't have the skill. But was sure glad to enjoy some excellent lamb meat in a nice atmosphere. 



You just made me miss my mom's lamb chops; I haven't found them anywhere that tasted so good.
