$4.50 did sound just a little high with futures at @ $4.11. You know how us farmers tend to get things confused and estimate to the high or low side depending on our hopes and expectations.

However it does appear the lingering snow pack might be beginning to put some legs on new crop esp. if in the next few weeks the long range weather is any where near correct.
