No.
Your win7 computer may or may not be a 64 bit but the new one will. Simple things like printers don't work with the win10-11 and a lot of programs no longer work.
I hate that every new win upsell demands new programs to work.
Follow the advise of JRosenberger. Get or build an exact copy of what you have.
