Texas		My wife is a good cook , she gets a lot of recipes off Pinterest . Wife can’t tolerate gluten so we about eat a John Burns diet .

If a fellow is not good at cooking ( I’m not ) wife will get me set up with crock pot meals . How much seasonings and that
