Personally I wouldn't replace the wiper unless you are trying to make it look original. I have found that using a good splash of green RainX windshield washer fluid in my window squeegee bucket makes the rain bead up on the tractor windows. The wipers on those older tractors don't lift far enough off the glass to clean it properly without destroying the squeegee.
