SC MN | The inside temperature of an uninsulated building is going to be mostly affected by the temperature of the floor (dirt, concrete). If sealed from effects of wind, the building will be warmer until the floor temperature eventually reaches the average outside temperature in the fall - early winter. In spring, again sealed from effects of the wind, it will be cooler than the outside temperature until the floor is warmed to the average of the air temp. That is why in the spring, opening all the doors and allowing the warm breeze to blow through will warm the building up much faster than keeping the doors closed. | |
