Subject: Planter monitor upgrade advice

MO
I am looking into changing monitors on my planter - would appreciate some input from others who have experience. I plant with a 6 row Deere 1750 - ground drive, vacuum meter, and monitor with a Computrak 150 monitor. No row clutches, spring down pressure, no variable rate. My main goal is to feel more confident when planting - the computrak monitor is fine but I don't trust that it will tell me if there is an actual issue going on behind me other than running out of seed or a total blockage.

Right now I don't variable rate and have fairly consistent soil types so I don't see changing that at this point. Fields are fairly square and with a 6 row, I don't see shutoffs paying at the moment either. With all that being said, is there benefit to improving monitors to a 20/20 or newer Deere style that will show more information? Or are these newer monitors mainly for shutoffs, variable rate, etc that I don't currently use?

Thanks
