I blame my stiff neck on my hot wife. Go to bed ceiling fan is turning slow ,wake up and it is blowing fast that causes stiff neck. I use a small lite blanked to cover my neck shoulders to keep the wind off. I have though about wearing a hoodie to bed but don't want to be locked it that tight.
Neck and shoulder pain???
