Lost all of the teeth in the lower inner shieve when the big nut come loose because the lock plate was broke and I didn't catch it during bean harvest. I replaced the shieve, nut and lock plate with brand new and have checked to make sure the nut and plate are tight every morning since then. Today while running corn the head just stopped. Found out that the inner shieve is shot again, all the teeth that fit into the shaft are completely gone. What would be taking out these teeth on the shieve if the shaft doesnt appear to be worn and if the shaft is worn where the shieve slides on and the big nut threads on how hard it that shaft to replace? Thanks
