Townsend, Montana | That's what I do on occasion. I can eat up to 100 grams of unrefined carbs and stay in ketosis as long as I eat a lot of fat and a good bit of protein to go with it.
Part of me thinks it is more about the ratio of total carbs to total calories that puts us in or out of ketosis than just a set amount of carbs. Along with the quality of the carbs to some extent.
