ND | AR Plowboy - 10/25/2024 20:57 Wanting to try using some with venison. Did some summer saugage the other day using lard for the fat. It was good but thinking I would like to try the beef fat.
I got some from my neighbor. Venison burger with beef tallow added, the added white flecks were off putting.
I did not like it. I think venison does better in burger when added to a pork blend as most do with sausage.
