Subject: RE: Guidance line shift between AgLeader Geosteer and 7500

Hey there. I've had this here in Oz using a 900Mhz radio network as my base. I'm not totally sure on the Geosteer but definitely with the Paradyme, they work differently to the 7500. The PD when it found the base station, used to memorise the location. When you powered it up again next time, it would go looking to see if it had been there before. If the base station actually was moved a few feet, it wouldn't know the difference and still think it has been in the same spot. The 7500 looks for the base station every time it starts up. Hence slightly different base station locations/slight but consistant variations in AB line. Can be remedied by deleting all old base station locations in the PD so the next time it starts up, it goes looking for its base, finds the new/right location and will then be the same as what the 7500 is seeing. Like I said, not sure on the Geosteer but it was the model after the PD. It could be the same issue. I'll have a memory refresh today to see where the command gets put in to delete old base locations.
