Subject: potassium chloride

Pittsburg, Kansas
We do sometimes use "low salt" or "no salt" because of the potassium in it (potassium chloride - yes fertilizer) as a substitute to taking a potassium supplement. Potassium and magnesium is supposedly two minerals that a lot of people could use more of or are deficient. The salt substitute like you linked to is one easy way to get some potassium.
