Therein lies the problem with nutrition gurus. Too many of them assume we will all be affected the same by the same dietary practice. Back in early 2020 when I first came across the keto diet, I decided to give it a try, but gave it up when way before I reached the goal of 70-75% calories from fat, I found myself getting diarrhea same as had happened in the past if I ate too much fat in a meal.
