I have no idea about how to clean it but using a iron skillet reminds me of what Dr. Oz said on his T.V. show awhile back. Some lady in the audience was iron anemic & she asked if taking iron pills would help. His answer was using a iron skillet would work better. He claims every time you used it,it releases iron from the skillet.
Do I wash my iron skillet or just wipe it out????
