To me selling 5 to 10% on a HTA is just common sense in that 4.25 to 4.5 range
I am glad I did some early last year @4.50 march HTA and will be hauling that in shortly on a .39 basis.
I did enough to pay my 1st half cash rents and tractor payment. I will do it again shortly for next year.
Its the safe play. if it goes higher then I will sell more and maybe even some 2011.
