Upload to Youtube. You need to set up a Youtube account, but it is pretty easy. If you have a smartphone, it can usually upload the video directly from your phone, assuming that you took the video with your phone. After uploading, it takes a few minutes for Youtube to approve it and then you copy the link. Post it into your post: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXxe7QiEH4k
If you have any sort of video file, hit "create" then "upload" on the YouTube page.
