I am wondering if it would be better to use ethernet cable from the second to the third building. Would ethernet cable be desired over another mesh router?

Need a site survey, including where equipment is located. If say buildings 2 & 3 have windows facing each other, and an Ethernet cable or 2.4 GHz WiFifrom Starlink's mesh could reach the window in building 2, then something like a WiFi Bridge/Repeater/Router setup might work, for less than $100.00 for two 2.4GHz VAP11S232, but this is not plug-n-play devices.

Not related to your focus, but here is a RTK base setup. The GPS receiver has a weak WiFi Tx, so I used an antenna as one test, and the 2.4GHz VAP11S232 as another test. Both work
