Subject: RE: Filling the corn crib

Wolcottville,Indiana
Dad started with a Oliver #5 one row picker traded every other year for a new #5 because each year they had less grease zerks, When I took over a MM 2 row uni system because it was cheaper than a new 2 row pull type, went to a MM uni with a New Idea bed 2 row head than a New Idea 701 uni with a 736 husker 3 row, than a New Idea 800 uni with 836 husker and 6 row head. could fill 2 1100 bu cribs a day, all equipment I bought was used( a second hand Rose) then the Andersons quit taking ear corn and a the boys that hauled ear corn quit.
