Foundation is fine basement is usable but not great and just used for utility needs drain tile. Hardwood floors that could be refinish on the main level. Cabinets and fixtures and flooring material were only 29,000 but labor, plumbing, electrical, and walls on the 3 rooms was 45,000. I think I will have to do what I can myself get estimates on the rest
