Do you ask if a 185 thermostat includes a bigger water pump?
Was it overheating? Or he just wants it to run a little cooler?
If it is overheating with a 210, it will still (likely) overheat with a 185. Might buy a guy a few seconds pulling a hill, but anything past that will end up right where it started (if it is overheating).
