I can see someone is having a Sheldon Cooper moment. Do you honestly think they are buying farm raised cats? IF they are using cats I’m sure it’s stray alley cats they “process” in the back of the restaurant. These urban legends had to get started somehow.
I like the taste of China Buffet but that place gives me near instant diarrhea.
