I don't think our 9600 ever worked since I've had it. The wire on the rh side hangs at the end of the walker. Never had one the 6600 so not to concerned about it. I did help a friend unplug his 6620 when a walker broke and plugged it solid. Never did find the end of the walker. Strange deal.
