Iowa | It’s only on that many fronts because those fronts are a proxy for the Iranians. Not sure there is much turning back now, as doing nothing emboldens them further, but doing something escalates it.
What should have happened was the international community telling all these proxy groups they were terrorists and didn’t have a right to exist- but unfortunately most of the UN is antisemetic.
What I think will be the real diplomatic challenge is China- they are somewhat aligned with Iran, NK, Russia- but they want to play ball with the developed world for their economy - they need to understand that if they want to play in the club, they need to support our guys. They also have a relationship with isreal too. So this could get real interesting. | |
