Latimer, Iowa (north central) | Does anyone really think they are serving cats? There is no way cat meat would be an economically viable substitute for chicken. Chicken can be produced so cheaply that it is the low cost protein. Claiming that Chinese Buffets are serving cats is perpetuating negative stereotypes that lead down a slippery slope and are not necessary and just sound obtuse.
