I have had that problem before and it went away eventually. What header is hooked up? If Case 3020 it may be related to one of the four sensors on the header is out of its allowed voltage range. What header? Is it always hooked up or taken off between fields? Header in float or rigid cutter bar mode? Maybe you need to change the header type on your corner post display.
