coast of Maine | The main veg they use is good old cabbage,, cheap, they even use the stem after they dice it up and call it wang fu or such,color it and it goes in other dishes,, they buy from Chinese owned purveyors here,, some from big companies but mostly the cheaper than dirt Chinese companies,, same guys whom grow the illegal weed here, just don’t . Find a real mom and pop Asian joint there are a few,, not many as it’s sort of run like the mob here,, one guy 75 small Chinese places,,,not so sure I would eat there ,, been in the veg w a long time,, worst coolers are in Asian and India food joints | |
