I am blessed to live in the same county - It sure is nice haveing the best barn around just 10 miles from my cattle farms. I go to a lot of other sale barns all over Missouri, and I am always glad my home one is Callaway Livestock. They are great to deal with, Jack and his dad do a wonderful job, and the office gals run a tight ship. They pull a lot of cattle to their auction that were hauled by two or three other sale barns before they got here.
My son works there at the monthly special cow sales as a ringman.
We bought a couple groups of heifers at their first internet video auction a couple of months ago and it went well. They were going to have another in September, but canceled it. The guy that goes around and takes the videos is good to deal with as well.
