I try to run as slow as possible but if beans are tuff at all I swear that running cylinder faster helps get them through
Green stemmed beans I run close to 600. Book be damned but if you want to get decent speed spin it up as long as you aren’t cracking them. I used to growl along all day and my FIL said what are you doing. Spin it up.
