We have the fan controllers from what used to be intellifarms. We never get whole bin bin re wetted but generally short on space so have to fill up 49’ 13 ring bins to peak. We do get the bottom 1/2 closer to 12.5 if we put quite dry beans in and also can dry 14-15% beans down some what. We were told by intellifarms when we were sold the controllers that you should pull a couple of hundred bushels from the center every couple of weeks to relieve bin pressure as you can’t rewet beans without having them expand some. This year with poor yields 1 of our bins will be only half or60% full and I am anxious to see if we have better luck. I have often thought if we had a 20000 bu bin just for the wet 15% ones with alot of green beans that we would get then cooled and than move them which would dry out some of the green stuff before long term storage as keeping bin walls from getting crap on them is always a problem.
