Eastern Washington State | Here is what I ended up doing. The factory bulkhead fitting come out of the tank is already 3", even though nothing else is so I just teed into that. I didn't want to cut another hole in the tank if I did have to. The first picture is the factory setup, then what I added in. There are some woven straps holding the hose in place, they are kinda hard to see.
